Claude & Monet logoCLAUDE & MONET

They're thieves, swindlers and shady types...and they're the good guys!  Meet Claude Valos and Lily Monet (don't ever call her by her first name) and join them and their allies in adventures that span worlds and beyond in a galaxy caught in the midst of war, greed, and plain old human foibles.

Currently in development, our sci-fi/shōnen hybrid spans across worlds and the depths of space, through the human heart and the depths of the soul.  Find out why in the 24th century, in an increasingly transhuman galaxy, mankind is still all too human.

Razorblade Angel logoRAZORBLADE ANGEL

Set in the same universe as Claude & Monet, Razorblade Angel covers the war between humanity and the enigmatic alien race known as the Parthenon. Far behind enemy lines on a secret mission, humanity's last hope in defeating the extraterrestrial menace may only lie in an uneasy truce between pirates and military forces, and at the tip of the spear an experimental starfighter and an untested pilot as the only one who can fly it. Even still, though the Parthenon are dangerous foes, mankind's penchant for backstabbing and self-interest exists, and the forces gathering around them may derail everything in progress...and snuff out mankind's last candle against the darkness.

Currently in development, this sci-fi/military/shōnen hybrid light novel companion to the C&M series uncovers heroism in the unlikeliest places and shows that no matter the differences between people, foes can find a common cause and the person who could be your ally may turn out to be the worst adversary one could ever have.

The Atelier logoTHE ATELIER

The Atelier is a comprehensive course on drawing and creating webcomics and manga, from learning to draw in the style, constructing your own title, how to use various materials in the course of its creation and how to publish on the web or submit works to professional publishing houses.

During the course of the program, students receive instruction and assistance from the Megami instructors, as well as being issued "homework" that will be required for completion.  By the end of the course, graduates will have the basics needed to continue on a path as a manga-ka, webcomic artist or even someone who may wish to pursue a career in related fields.

HFTAFK! logoHAPPY FUN-TIME ADVENTURE FOR KNOWING!

Named after a mid-90s advertising campaign in Japan, HFTAFK! is the only game show that dares to ask you which is harder to put up with: the insanely difficult questions not even Japanese natives can answer, or the acerbic host who belittles you for your lack of knowledge? You will believe that a winning score can be in the negative numbers.

Rude, insulting, completely politically incorrect and at times just downright offensive, HFTAFK! is a different type of gameshow, eschewing the standard soft-shoe of American-style shows and leaning far into the bizarre avant-garde theatre that is Japanese-style gameshows.  Whether an audience member or a contestant, this is the best time you'll ever have while being completely and utterly humiliated.

First produced for the 2008 Anime USA convention, HFTAFK! is an 18+ panel due to language and preferred time of performance (after midnight).
